President Juliana Antonoff said the association would host its annual general meeting on April 24 at Horsham Lawn Tennis Club.
She said the association would present a number of proposed changes at the meeting.
Motions will be put forward to remove mixed doubles from both the pennant and A Special formats, to be replaced with extra men's and women's doubles sets.
Antonoff said the association wanted to reduce the Christmas break to extend its senior competition.
The association will also vote on a motion to introduce a knock-out finals system for the junior competition played over two weeks to avoid playing finals on the long weekend in March.
The association is also seeking a new secretary, with Jenelle Apostolopoulos stepping down after two years in the role.
Antonoff asked clubs and players to consider nominating someone for the position.
"The association can not run without a secretary," she said.
"If we can't find a replacement, the annual general meeting will be adjourned until one is found."
Horsham Sports and Leisure owner Howard Schier, who has been naming rights sponsor of the association for the past two seasons, thanked Apostolopoulos for her work as secretary.
He said he was thrilled to have supported the association in the past season.
"I have a lifetime of sporting blood in my veins, that is why I am in a sporting business and continually support team sports," Schier said.
"This sponsorship ensures that our loyal customer base continues to have the opportunity to play sport in the region."
