Mr Hall said the pharmacy would offer flu vaccinations at an in-store clinic on Tuesday.
He said people did not require a doctor's prescription to attend the clinic.
"The best part about our flu clinics is that they make flu protection easy. It only takes 10 minutes," he said.
Mr Hall said it was the fourth consecutive year Priceline Pharmacy had offered the vaccinations, which protect against seasonal flu and the H1N1 swine flu variation.
He said millions of people suffered from the flu virus each year and an annual vaccination was the most effective measure to prevent it.
But just 19 per cent of healthy adults are vaccinated against seasonal influenza.
"Getting the flu can really knock you about it generally means time off work, two weeks or more in bed, but it can also be much more serious, and some people may end up in hospital," Mr Hall said.
"Put in perspective, it is really well worth having a vaccination to protect you and your income if you can't afford missing work or need to be caring for your family."
Mr Hall said the vaccine would cost $25 and was recommended for people over the age of nine.
He said customers could book online at www.priceline.com.au or call 5382 6006.
