The business also won the award last year.
Business Horsham's Wendy Mitchell and Pauline Barnes judged the windows, along with Horsham mayor David Grimble and his wife Jenny.
Cr Grimble said the four judges unanimously selected Des Larder's Organic as the winner.
The business’s window decorations included two artworks, by Wendy Smith and Stacy Carter, that will be auctioned off as a Relay for Life team fundraiser.
There is also a 'Hope' artwork that will be given to a store visitor with the best story to tell.
Mr Lardner said people could bid in the auction either in store or on the business's Facebook page. He said it would close on November 30.
The Wimmera Mail-Times donated a Gold Coast holiday as the prize.
Amcal Pharmacy won a Business Horsham membership worth $250 with the business incentive award. Exquisit, NAB, Waack's Bakery and Harvey World Travel all received incentive awards
