A NIGERIAN man who was living at Dimboola will face Commonwealth offences relating to the importation of heroin and cocaine.

The man, 37, was arrested on Tuesday as part of an Australian Federal Police investigation into drug importation.
Horsham Detective Senior Constable Neale Roberts said the Horsham Criminal Investigation unit arrested the man for the importation of drugs.
He faced Horsham Magistrate's Court on Tuesday and was remanded until Wednesday.
Det Sen Const Roberts said federal agents executed search warrants in Dimboola on Wednesday.
The agents then applied for the man's extradition to the Northern Territory.
Det Sen Const Roberts said as a result of the arrest, search warrants were also executed in the Northern Territory and other states.
