Bombers coach Shannon Couch was rapt with the 53-42 win.
"Every single one of our girls did what they had to," she said. "I couldn't have asked for any more."
The Bombers held a slender one goal advantage at the first change, which it extended to three at half-time.
The match was still anyone's at three quarter time, with Noradjuha-Quantong leading by four goals.
"It was close all game it was only in the last quarter that we got a few goals up on them," Couch said.
The Bombers shot 15 final-quarter goals to eight to cement the win.
Couch deemed it their best performance so far this season.
"We haven't played like that all year," she said. "To come out and do it in our first
final where you always have some
nerves was great."
Couch was named best for the winners, with Sammy Mulraney taking the honours for the Saints.
Edenhope-Apsley coach Leonie Lang said her side fought gallantly.
"I thought our girls played really well," she said.
Defender Emma Ryan injured her ankle in a mid-week competition and did not play.
Lang said the side promoted Jenni Delaney from B Grade to play as goal keeper.
"It's only Jenni's first year back in netball since she was a junior and she did a great job," she said.
She is hopeful Ryan will be fit to play in this weekend's preliminary final against Kalkee.
The Saints will take confidence from a six-goal win against the Kees in the qualifying finals, but Lang knows the Kees pose a big challenge.
"It's going to be hard," she said. "We know we can beat them but you can never underestimate them."
