Club coach Jenny Ough said six club members competed in all three short-course meets in the series, held over a two month period.
"As a coach, I was extremely pleased with their efforts. They are a rewarding group of swimmers to be involved with," she said.
"All had a great time and represented the club in a very professional manner."
Ough said competitors took part in a range of events, spanning from 50-metre to 200-metre races.
The series attracted swimmers from Casterton, Hamilton, Mount Gambier, Portland, Timboon and Warrnambool.
Luke Bone won the 13 year old boys section, with Ethan Jolley finishing third.
Matthew Ough was runner-up in the 11 year old boys class.
Isabella Geue and Hannah Bone were equal runner-ups in the 10 year old girls class.
Rachelle Ough finished sixth in the nine and under girls section, with Luca Geue swimming as a novice in the six year old class.
Ough explained the novice section was an introduction to competitive swimming.
"They achieved fantastic results and many personal bests over the series, which is wonderful," she said.
"Since our season resumed in late May, they have all trained extremely hard.
"It is great to see their efforts at training resulting in this level of achievement."
It is the second year in a row the club has competed in the South West winter series.
"Swimming as a sport can now be competed year round, where as people traditionally thought of swimming as only a summer sport," Ough said.
"We encourage our club swimmers to compete both within and outside our district."
Ough said the club's first event of the 2012-13 season would be a mini-meet on October 27.
She said anyone after information on the short-course meet could contact her on 0427 826 508.
