The Kees are aiming to win a record-breaking fifth consecutive senior flag, while Edenhope-Apsley is hoping to break a 24-year premiership drought.
Saints coach Brian Cassidy said the chance to create history should provide added motivation for his side.
"This is a chance for our players to etch themselves in history," he said. "They can win the club's first senior premiership in the league and win the first as a combine."
Cassidy knows from experience that it won't be an easy ask.
"Premierships are not easy to win," he said. "Plenty of players go through their careers without winning one."
The match will also mark the end of Cassidy's coaching career.
His coaching career started with Edenhope in 1982 and he will retire after tomorrow's game.
Cassidy is hoping for a win tomorrow to deliver him a first senior premiership as a coach.
"It'd be great to win and bow out like that but it's not about me," he said.
"It's about the club and the players."
Cassidy played in Edenhope Football Club's last senior premiership team in 1988 and coached the club to its last reserves premiership in 1987.
Its reserves side will also play tomorrow, meeting Rupanyup in the decider.
"Hopefully this is a good omen for both teams tomorrow," he said.
Horsham District Football League chairman Graeme King is anticipating a big crowd will attend tomorrow's grand finals at Horsham City Oval.
The league has seven of its 10 clubs represented across the 10 grades of football and netball.
Mr King believes the senior showdown between Kalkee and Edenhope-Apsley will make for a great game.
"It could be last-man standing if their one-point ball game in the semi-final is anything to go by," he said.
"Even if you don't support either team, I'm sure there will be a lot of people curious just to go and watch \.
"It should be a great game for the spectators."
