Club publicity officer Jeanette Hawley said the tournament hit off on Monday morning, with Horsham Rural City Mayor Mandi Stewart officially opening the event.
"There are 33 entrants and competition has been divided between the Kalimna Park and Horsham Croquet Club lawns," she said. "We've already seen some excellent competition and the Wimmera has really turned the weather on for us."
Norwood's David Wise and Geelong's Bob Roycroft are currently leading section one.
Norwood's Alistair Robertson is leading section two, while Penola's Ann Kilsby is leading section three.
The three-day tournament concludes today, with presentations at about 5.30pm.
