The three game series will start with a 40-over-a-side match at Donald on Saturday followed by a return fixture at Charlton on Sunday.
If the third game is required it will be played on March 25 in Donald.
Association secretary Gary Fernandez said he thought Charlton might start as slight favourites despite Donald finishing on top of the ladder.
“Charlton has struggled for two teams the past two season and just entered one B Grade side this season,” he said.
“That meant they have plenty of high quality and experienced played in the team.”
The sides met three times during the regular season.
Charlton won two of those games and was the only side to defeat Donald this season.
In round two Charlton chased down a target of 133 by with six over to spare in round two after Kirk Boyle scored 65. It was Boyle again who led the side to victory in round 12 when he scored an unbeaten 98. The key Charlton batsmen was unavailable when Donald recorded victory in round 15 by just two runs.
- The one-day fixtures will start at 1pm each day.
