Mr Lardner, of Des Lardner Organics, is an experienced consultant pharmacist and qualified herbalist.
Despite 46 years of experience in modern medicine and an international award in 1997 for his knowledge of modern medicine, it is surprising that he says modern medicines are overrated. In his own words, he is scathing of modern foods and believes 80 per cent of disease is due to modern foods, ignorance, smoking and lack of exercise. He believes the future of medicine is in better education.
