Lucindale defeated Kybybolite in the elimination final 14.15 (99) to 10.9 (69) on August 26.
Penola came off as the winners when it was in a low-scoring contest against Keith in the qualifying final on August 26.
The Eagles won 9.8 (62) to 6.8 (44).
Lucindale will now take on Keith in the first semi-final while the Eagles will take on Mundulla in the second semi-final.
In the Senior Colts under-17 finals, Kaniva-Leeor United has progressed to a semi-final against Penola on Sunday.
The Cougars overrun Naracoorte in the qualifying final 8.7 (55) to 8.4 (52) on August 26.
Senior Colts Cougar coach Jason Gordon said his side had defeated the Eagles twice in 2017.
“I wouldn’t say we are over confident but we are confident enough coming into the game,” he said.
“We’ll do what we do and bring it to the other teams in finals.”
The Cougars will field an elite group of young footballers including Sam Williams-Bale who was named the football of the year, Kayne Councillor who was the leading goal kicker with 64 goals and third place footballer of the year Blake Dobson.
“I have some elite top-age players in the team but my first year players is who have really stepped up,” Gordon said.
“The improvement they have done in their first year has been super as well as filling in for older players.”
