The roadshow, which previously visited Horsham in March, will be in in the region on Monday and Tuesday.
Wimmera Pride Project co-founder Maddi Ostapiw said she was excited to have the roadshow back in the region.
“The roadshow helped us so much last time and hopefully we can get some good things happening again,” she said.
“The roadshow team is revisiting the region to check up on how things are going and look at how they can help us.
“There will be an inclusion planning session Tuesday morning from 9am to noon in the Uniting Wimmera and Mail-Times building.”
Ms Ostapiw said as part of the roadshow, there would be a reading at the Horsham library at 5.15pm on Monday.
“There will also be a film from 6.30pm,” she said.
“It will be a night full of lots of fun things, it is a mystery movie, but it’s an absolute classic that everyone loves.
“There will also be free food and a performance from Horsham Arts Council’s production of Rent.
“Everything is going to be great.”
Ms Ostapiw said anyone was welcome to come along to the reading and movie night. “It is open to all ages and all the details are on our Facebook page,” she said.
“If anyone wants more details about the movie, they can get in touch with us – the event is open to everyone, but the movie is rated M.”
Ms Ostapiw said the Wimmera Pride Project was grateful to have the roadshow team back in the Wimmera.
“I am now employed at headspace Horsham as an LGBTI youth support worker because of the roadshow team’s visit last time,” she said. “We have also applied for some grant money to get someone employed at Uniting Wimmera for extra support.
“We are hoping to have the results of that in a couple of months and have that position up and running.”
