Group manager Brad Harle said he encouraged customers to purchase the football-shaped wall tokens while completing their grocery shopping. He said each token would be displayed in stores to show support.
“We’re proud to support such an important cause in a fun way,” Mr Harle said.
“We expect to kick some fantastic goals for Blue Ribbon Day again this year.”
Woolworths partnered with the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation, with all money raised to help the foundation benefit Victoria’s public hospitals.
The fundraising efforts will continue until Tuesday, October 3.
