The side accounted for Lubeck-Murtoa by 60 runs on Saturday.
Barry Hopper hit 50 for Homers at the top of the order while Ash Hopper contributed 36 and Rob Goudie managed an unbeaten 42 down the order.
Matt Friedlieb, 50, and John Hamilton, 30, got Lubeck-Murtoa off to a good start but the side then fell into a hole as Richard Kemp, 3-24, claimed crucial middle order wickets.
After 40 overs the side finished 6-156 chasing 217 to win.
Horsham Saints Red lost its first game of the season against Quantong. The defending champions were on top of the Saints Red side right from the start when captain Brett Thompson was removed without scoring. Tim Brand claimed 4-12 before James Hallett picked up 5-6 as the Saints side was dismissed for 59.
Nathan Hill, 43 not out, and Matthew Cummings, 20 not out, had little trouble in the chase. The pair reached the target in just 11 overs.
Rup-Minyip claimed its first win of the season when it go the job done against Jung Tigers.
Rod Weidemann’s 44 and Scott McCrudy’s 21 stood out for Rup-Minyip as it set a the Tigers a low target of 104 to win. Lachlan Weidemann claimed 3-14 off six overs to help restrict the Tigers to just 74 in reply.
Laharum chased down its target of 109 within 32 overs to defeat Colts in the final C Grade game of the round. Colin Flack’s 52 for Colts was the highlight of the game.
