Students from the college’s 1967 class came together for dinner and a visit to the school.
Student Cherylynne Bullen said the weekend started with a casual meet up on Friday.
She said on Saturday, former students and teachers went to Nhill College.
At the college, the group planted a tree, toured the school and had lunch.
The weekend also included a visit to the Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre.
“We had a fabulous response, with about 69 people turning up,” Mrs Bullen said.
“That included 10 past teachers and the rest were the past students and some partners.
“The feedback was that everyone enjoyed the weekend very much and want to catch up again.”
Mrs Bullen said the group would catch up again in another five years.
She said she had lots of help from past students in organising the event and thanked everyone for their input.
