Shayne Breuer and Brendan Bryan will put the 50 footballers through their paces twice a week during the off-season.
AFL Wimmera-Mallee development manager Jason Muldoon said the group would largely concentrate on ball work.
“Most of the boys are fairly fit, as is to be expected, so we don’t have to do a lot of work there necessarily,” he said.
Rebels hopefuls from across western Victoria all start training at the same time. The Wimmera group will train each Monday and Wednesday during the off-season.
“We’ll break up just before Christmas and then take most of January off,” Muldoon said. “If any coaches in the area want some pre-season ideas they are more than welcome to come down to see what Shayne and Brendan do.”
