Graeme and Shannon Reddie have led the way for the side along with Craig Wilson but it was not the case when the side was rolled for just 39 by Colts in round seven.
The two sides again look to be a cut above the other three teams in the grade in 2017-18.
The Colts side has built momentum through the first half of the season but its ever-reliable attack of Drew Carmody, Josh Colbert, and Liam Jakobi have allowed it to prosper. It then has enough contributors with the bat to take it to every side in the grade on its day.
The Horsham Saints loom as the most likely challenger but rely too heavily on individual performances with the bat to post consistently high scores against Lubeck-Murtoa and the Colts. More than half the side’s runs have been scored by Brad Sproule, Mark O’Beirne and Gary Davidson.
The Bullants have also shown potential to cause and upset but lack consistent run-scorers.
