The initiative is the largest not-for-profit organisation committed to building awareness and funding research to find treatment and a cure for MND.
One of the fundraising events, Daniher’s Drive a four day drive in various parts of Victoria, is set to pass through Stawell.
The Drive’s first night will be in Horsham on Thursday, October 11, but not before stopping at Stawell where the afternoon community event will take place.
About 500 people in 130 cars and one bus are expected to participate in this year’s event.
Daniher’s Drive will arrive at Stawell on October 11 at 3.30pm and depart at 4.30pm.
At least two Australians are diagnosed with MND daily and every day at least two Australians die of MND. Mr Daniher is on a mission to find a cure and generate support for people living with MND.
