Horsham Rural City councillors approved the increase at a meeting on Monday night.
The YMCA proposed to increase the fees in line with the Consumer Price Index.
The largest increase will be to the health and wellness six month commit and save startup fee, which will rise by 25 per cent to $25.
Adult, child and concession swim prices will rise by 20 cents and the family pass by 30 cents. Gym sessions will increase by 40 cents.
Horsham mayor Pam Clarke said it was important to keep the centre affordable for families.
