Butterworth scored his two goals on the 40th and 45th minute.
Butterworth moved the ball to his right foot on the top of the box, and scored an exquisit curling shot from 20 yards out, Camilo Velasquez provided the assist.
Velasquez scored the fourth, hitting a perfect low near-post shot from outside the box.
Lewis Gebert was named best on field due to his efforts in midfield.
Horsham takes on Creswick in round seven.
