The bi-monthly rewards program recognises a business and an employee for excellent customer service.
Des Lardner Organic and Telstra Store Horsham employee Corey Ward were the business and employee winners respectively for the March-April 2018 period.
Organic manager Heidi Laursem-Habel said she and the staff were honoured to receive the customer service award.
“I think it is a huge accolade for the business and for the team,” she said.
“We have an extraordinary team of practitioners and floor girls.”
Des Lardner Organic is a natural health clinic, which offers sleep apnoea treatments among its services.
“Upstairs we have two naturopaths and a herbalist and downstairs is a health food store,” Mrs Laursem-Habel said.
“We have also craniosacral therapy and massage, so it is a bit of a one-stop wellness spot.”
Mrs Laursem-Habel said the business would not have received the award if it was not for such an amazing team.
“I think it is great for the girls to get that pat on the back, because they just deliver every single day,” she said.
Mr Ward said receiving the award came down to the strong customer service ethics Telstra encouraged.
“It’s a great feeling to win the award, and a good feeling to be a part of the customer service we are delivering here at the Horsham Telstra store,” he said.
“I think the company strategy is basically connecting people with amazing customer service.”
Mr Ward said the diversity of customers was what he enjoyed most about his job.
“We get all sorts coming through, and it’s great being able to discover what the customers are using their technology for and being able to give them the right solution,” he said.
The WOW program will continue until the end of June 2018, with awards announced every two months.
Business Horsham encourages people to vote at participating businesses, as well as online through the Mail-Times’ website.
