Police are investigating a report of 28 lambs going missing from a property on Vinyard Road, Concongella between July 2 and 11.
The suffolk lambs were five weeks old.
The other investigation is in regards to an alleged theft from a farming property at Navarre.
A GPS receiver and aerial were allegedly stolen from an address on Bollangum Inn Road between Parrys Access Road and Bibby Road, Navarre between July 5 and 12.
A Victoria Police spokesman said both investigations were ongoing.
