The round 13 clash saw an in-form Warrack Eagles take it to the Demons, the Demons came away with the win 16.11 (107) to 14.7 (91).
Demons coach Deek Roberts said it was a blockbuster of a game.
“It was goal for goal. We had a good lead at half time and then they came out and did the same thing the Giants did to us in the third quarter," he said.
“To our credit we fought back again and that was really pleasing.”
Roberts said Warrack Eagles collected a majority of the clearances in the third quarter.
“They really smashed us in the clearances early in the third. Anything they got forward, they were getting in long and deep to Dalton Jaensch, he played well,” he said.
“We fought back in the midfield and got a few clearances.”
