The ground was announced as the preferred venue for the league’s biggest day of the season on Tuesday, three weeks after venues for the first two weeks of finals were announced.
Murtoa was also announced as the venue of the preliminary finals which will be played on Sunday September 16.
The elimination and qualifying finals will be played at Horsham City Oval and Nhill’s Davis Park on the first weekend of finals.
Ararat’s Alexander Oval and Dimboola Recreation Reserve will host the semi-finals.
Venues are subject to change pending results over the final two rounds of the regular season and during finals so that senior football sides do not have home ground advantage.

Saturday September 1 – Qualifying Final at Davis Park, Nhill
Sunday September 2 – Elimination Final at Horsham City Oval
Saturday September 8 – 2nd Semi-final at Dimboola Recreation Reserve
Sunday September 9 – 1st Semi-final at Alexandra Oval, Ararat
Sunday Septmeber 16 – Preliminary Final at Murtoa Recreation Reserve
Saturday September 22 – Grand Final at Anzac Park, Warracknabeal
