The festival in the heart of the Mallee is from October 19 to October 21.
The event is free.
The festival has grown massively since its humble beginnings attracting more than 2000 people to the small country town in 2017.
Festival director Robin Yetman said the festival board opt to bring in a quality line-up instead of going for quantity.
“We don’t have a great number of artists, we believe we have the quality again,” he said.
“Jeff Lang hasn’t been here before and he is one of our headliners. We are extremely happy to have him.”
Mr Yetman said he expected the Patchewollock population to grow from 133 people to over 2000 people on the festival weekend.
Duo Wolf and Willow was among the 14 artists chosen to feature at the three day festival and Mr Yetman said he was excited to see them perform.
“We’ve got them at the beginning of their career and we think they have a great possibility they could actually make it in the music world,” he said.
“They will release their first album in September so that will be available at our festival.”
Mr Yetman said Wolf and Willow applied to perform at the Patchewollock Music Festival, he said almost 100 bands and solo artists applied to perform.
“Usually we find two or three out of those applications,” he said.
There is a food court at the festival.
