The homecoming saw every member of the group meet at the new base – Jubilee Hall at 19 Roberts Avenue in Horsham – last month.
Horsham Rural City Council chief executive Sunil Bhalla was a guest speaker at the event and there was a Pot Luck Dinner and disco.
Oasis Wimmera is an overseas support and integration group for migrants to the region.
It was established in Horsham in 2011.
Oasis Wimmera president Pragya Kant said the permanent office at Jubilee Hall was important.
“It gives migrants somewhere to go when they first come to the region. It’s a place for us to have interactions as well,” she said.
“Through different education, support, culture and integration programs we help migrants into the new community.”
Mrs Kant said the event saw 50 migrant families from across the Wimmera attend the new office.
