The rollover occurred on the Western Highway, near the intersection of Z2 Road, about 9.50am on Thursday.
Horsham Highway Patrol Acting Sergeant Heath Martin said the car left the right-hand side of the road.
“The car crashed through some Mallee scrub and rolled a few times, then landed on its wheels,” he said.
Acting Sergeant Martin said the woman sustained serious injuries that weren’t life threatening. She was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
“The car was a write-off and was a Nissan Pulsar sedan,” he said.
Acting Sergeant Martin said the police were investigating the incident and said the woman couldn’t remember the rollover or circumstances that led to the rollover.
“We don’t think there was any drugs or alcohol involved. We don’t think the road was a factor either,” he said.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said the woman had abdominal and back injuries but was in a stable condition.
No other vehicles or motorists were involved in the crash.
