The young forward played well throughout the season to kick 72 goals and claim 39 votes votes while featuring in all 16 games for his side.
He said he was excited to win the award.
“It definitely wasn’t something I was expecting,” he said.
“There was a few other boys in our team that could have got it.”
Hall also took the opportunity to regularly play under-17s football during the season where he kicked 16 goals in 12 games.
He said his secret to kicking so many goals was having a confident technique.
“I get fed pretty well from the guys up the ground,” he said.
“It’s just about going back and being calm about it once you’ve got a good technique.”
He said his side had played well together all-season long.
“I’ve got some great teammates and we just enjoy playing with and for each other,” he said.
The Taylors Lake side finished the home and away season in second place behind Swifts.
“I think we’re a good chance this year,” Hall said.
“Good luck to everyone else playing finals though.”
Pimpinio’s Zac Filcock finished second on 33 votes and Hall’s teammate William Taylor polled 29 to finish third in the count.
