HORSHAM police Acting Sergeant Steve Gray said four residential premises in Horsham and district were searched on Tuesday.
“Police had received information that two unregistered handguns were at one of the properties,” he said.
“When police conducted the warrants, they found a number of firearms. All up, five illegal handguns were found.
“Two of the illegal handguns were antique firearms stolen during a burglary in February 2017.”

THREE Horsham men have been charged with firearm and stolen goods offences following police raids on Tuesday.
Horsham police executed three search warrants in the Horsham area.
During the searches, five stolen handguns were recovered. The guns were taken from a Horsham burglary in February 2017.
The Horsham males aged 63, 30 and 25 years have been charged with numerous offences.
They will appear at the Horsham Magistrates’ Court in October.
