FRIDAY
THE Whispering Jack Show at the Horsham Town Hall is paying tribute to the music of the Australian icon John Farnham from 8pm. Tickets are $50 at the Horsham Town Hall website or box office.
OLD Time Dance at Hamilton Lamb Memorial Hall from 8pm. Music will be provided by Shirley Petschel. Entry is $7.
SATURDAY
KNITTING for pleasure at the Sports and Community Club from 12pm. Bring your own project.
KARAOKE night at the Horsham RSL from 8pm. Free entry.
HORSHAM District Football Netball league grand finals at Horsham’s City Oval from 8.30am. Natimuk United and Laharum will battle it out for the A Grade netball premiership while in football, Harrow-Balmoral and Kalkee will go head-to-head for the premiership cup.
SUNDAY
MEET the Rainbow-based artist behind the Collaborating with the Ghosts exhibition at the Horsham Regional Art Gallery at 3pm. Phone 5382 9575 or email hrag@hrcc.vic.gov.au to make a booking. Free entry.
HORSHAM Uniting Church super Sunday at the church hall at 12pm. Lunch is $15.
SOUNDBATH music meditation at 11 Harriet Street from 3pm. The session is presented by Carmen Warrington in association with Yoga Horsham. Entry is $27.
ALL WEEKEND
HORSHAM Regional Art Gallery exhibitions including Del Kathryn Barton: The Nightingale and the Rose, Shooting Conflict and Belinda Eckermann: Collaborating with the Ghosts are open to the public all weekend. The gallery is open on Friday between 10am and 5pm, on Saturday from 11am to 4.30pm and on Sunday at 1pm to 4.30pm. Free entry.
