The Warriors jumped out of the blocks at Murtoa on Sunday, kicked four goals to one in the first term.
They pushed their lead out to five goals by the main break.
But it was the third quarter where the damage was really done, when the Warriors bagged six majors and kept the Demons scoreless.
Horsham clawed back some of the momentum in the fourth quarter, but it wasn’t enough as Stawell rampaged to a 72-point win to set up a grand final date with Ararat.
Jakob Salmi and Bailey Taylor led the way for the Warriors, while Dyson Parish and Benson Miller were strong for the Demons.
Meanwhile Horsham will feature in the under 14s grand final after beating the Saints 35 to 22.
The Saints were on top heading into the first break, if only for some inaccuracy from the Demons.
But Horsham had the ascendancy for the rest of the game and led at every change thereafter.
They will play Ararat in the premiership decider.
Jett Hopper and Ryan Gebert were both influential for the Demons.
Andrew Taylor and Cameron Butler were among the Saints’ best.
