President Joy Scott said event would showcase orchids from around the state.
“A lot more unusual things will be on display and we have many exhibitors showing. There will be awards handed to the Grand Champion and Reserve Champion winners,” she said.
“Commercial sellers will be selling all kinds of orchids and orchid related items.
“Hopefully we should get a really good crowd; usually we get a couple of hundred. It will be really nice with this weekend’s lovely weather.”
She said there was something special about orchids.
“There’s just something about them that makes them so mystifying; people just love them,” she said.
The event will be held at Horsham College’s Maroske Hall on Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Tickets cost $5 per person.
