He had Surprise Baby take out the first win of the day by about a length, with Little Robyn finishing in third, just behind Terry and Karina O’Sullivan’s Du to Pass.
Race two
Darren Weir had his first winner of the day in race two with Triguboff ridden by Horsham's Dean Yendall.
Millionmoss led for most of the race and was in front by almost four lengths before the horses turned into the straight and Weir's horse came home strong.
Preusker's Lord of Darkness finished second with Weir’s Declares War in third.
Race three
Darren Weir's Ocean Walzer took out the 2100m race three.
It was a close race but Ocean Walzer led down the straight and held off Preusker’s Golden Seal, who finished in second.
Symon Wilde's Set the Bar High rounded out the placings.
Race four
Preusker made it two wins in race four. His horse Inayforhay won from Nathan Hobson's Angelify and Kevin McCartin's Apash.
Inayforhay settled at the back after the start with Angelify among the leaders. Jockey Declan Bates worked Inayforhay on the outside as the pack turned into the straight. Inayforhay was too quick down the straight as it sprinted towards a comfortable victory.

Race five
Preusker made it three wins in race five with The Great Artiste, despite paying $13.00 to win the race.
The horse won from Hobson’s Midnight Cowboy with Mywordsaidthebird coming in third.
Symon Wilde’s Havastar ridden by Stawell-based jockey Linda Meech was the pre-race favourite but finished last.
Race six
It was a great ride from Yendall who timed the run to perfection. Another Coldie turned the corner in front and led down the straight for an easy win.
Race seven
Solsay won with ease in race seven. Trained by Ballarat’s Kevin McCartin and ridden by Jarrod Lorensini, the horse led down the straight and wasn’t challenged at the finishing post.
Race eight
Sister Kitty Mac held on for a win in race eight from Lockdown Jack and Preusker’s I’m Explosive.
The win was trainer Symon Wilde’s first for the day, ridden by Linda Meech.
