The two sides met in round five with Blackheath-Dimboola chasing down Lubeck-Murtoa’s first innings score of 181 with four wickets to spare.
Trent McGough batted at number five and scored 55 not out to carry his side to victory. McGough opened the batting last week and will be a key player again for the fourth placed Lubeck-Murtoa as they try to jump into second spot.
The Bullants and Quantong will also be hoping to solidify themselves in the top four when they take on the competition’s two winless teams. The Bullants play the Jung Tigers while Quantong face the West Wimmera Warriors.
The Horsham Saints have a tough task against the undefeated Colts. The Saints were all out for 52 when the sides last played, and will be hoping for a more competitive effort this time around.
Some close contests are shaping-up in C GRADE, with second placed Homers taking on third placed Blackheath-Dimboola. Homers have dropped just one game this season and would be expecting to win this contest.
Jung Tigers got their only win of the season last time they played Colts in round one, and will be hoping for a similar result when they face on Saturday.
After both losing two in a row, Laharum and Horsham Saints face off with both sides trying to get back on the winners list.
