The event returns to Halls Gap for the third year this weekend, running from Friday to Sunday.
Festival director Carly Flecknoe said preparations for the event went well during the week.
"As always you get a few hurdles from suppliers who have different deadlines to you but overall everything has gone pretty smoothly," she said.
The event returns to Halls Gap for the third time this weekend, with plenty of buzz among the community and from artists who will be taking to the stage.
"We have basically been keeping in touch with the artists on a daily basis. It has been great seeing them post on social media about how excited they are to be playing out here," Ms Flecknoe said.
"On the whole the local community and business support has been pretty good. There are always a couple of people who this isn't there thing but that's fine."
There have been promising early signs, with ticket sales already up on last year and tickets remaining available for purchase online and at the gates at the festival.
"We haven't done a full count yet since tickets are still being purchased, but we are up from last year and Saturday in particular is looking like it will be a very busy day," Ms Flecknoe said.
Despite recent negative attention drawn to music festivals following incidents at Lexton's Rainbow Serpent festival last month, Ms Flecknoe said this weekend will provide an example of a fun and safe environment.

"Our demographic doesn't really get caught up in any of those illegal pursuits so we don't have to stress too much about it," she said.
"We are just really excited about people of all ages and walks of life coming to enjoy the region and enjoy some great live music."
Gates open at 5pm on Friday and 12pm on Saturday and Sunday, with tickets still available to purchase.
