A Victoria Police spokeswoman said emergency crews were notified of the incident about 11am.
"It is understood a vehicle was heading east along Dimboola-Minyip Road when it collided with a car travelling south on the Henty Highway about 10.55am," she said.
"The male driver was not injured. His female passenger was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The female driver of the car that was struck was also taken to hospital with minor injuries."
Investigations into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
