Organiser Marc Thomas said it was an important initiative to support, particularly as the club had several people with a personal connection to the cause.
"We've got quite a few members whose families have been directly affected by breast cancer ," Thomas said.
"Personally my partner's Nan is the same, she has had a double mastectomy and she's just had another bout come back. So for me it has affected my partner and I, and I've seen the ripple effect it can cause.
"I saw how damaging it can be when she was told it had come back, so I really feel that this is a worthy cause to promote locally and to get out there in the community.
"We just want to make sure that we can support the McGrath Foundation however we can, they do a really great job."
Rosemary Arnott, wife of Colts Cricket Club president Dean Arnott is also a breast cancer survivor.
She said the support the McGrath Foundation offered was pivotal to her overcoming the illness.
"The McGrath foundation was fantastic for me all the way through - they paid for all my care and offered a lot of support," Rosemary said.
"It is a fantastic organisation - and I was just given the all clear from my annual 12 month check-up which is great news."
Thomas encouraged families, cricket clubs and spectators to come along to Dudley Cornell to offer their support on Saturday as the Colts take on the Bullants in B Grade, and face Jung in C Grade.
"The game starts at 1pm, we're going to be running a raffle on the day, there will be a sausage sizzle all day for anyone if they want to swing by and then there is woodfire oven pizzas after the game," Thomas said.
"I'm sure other clubs would have had family members go through it as well, so this isn't just for Colts, it's for the Horsham Cricket Association.
"We're really hoping to get the community on board and especially families to get down here during the day to get around a good cause."
Thomas also asked any businesses in the region to consider donating prizes or gift vouchers for the raffle, and to reach out to him on 0429 083 038.
