Crime Stoppers' Srithar Visuasam, Horsham Rural City councillor Pam Clarke and Detective Senior Sergeant David Ellis launched Dob in a Dealer at Horsham Police Station on Thursday.
The campaign began in 2015 and is being rolled out in Mornington, Mildura and Warrnambool this week.

Mr Visuasam said people could help the campaign by calling Crime Stoppers' free anonymous hotline on 1800 333 000.
"The campaign will run for two weeks, and we will measure the number of tip-offs against the two weeks before the campaign, and analyse the difference in reports made," he said.
"In pretty much all the areas this campaign has been rolled out so far, we've noticed a growth in information reports from the public made regarding drug crime.
"In a number of locations we've seen double, triple, even quadruple the number of information reports."
Detective Senior Sergeant David Ellis said no detail was too small to report.
"It may be as simple as people coming and going from a particular area, a suspicious transaction or something that just doesn't feel right," he said.
"It could be that piece that connects up a puzzle we're already investigating.
"For the majority of search warrants which are executed by us and those people who have been processed for trafficking, the information comes from the public."
Detective Senior Sergeant Ellis said cannabis, crystal methamphetamine and prescription medications such as Xanax were the most common drugs Horsham police came across in their line of work.
