Rachel Taylor appeared at Horsham Magistrates' Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to all three charges.

Police prosecutor Leading Senior Constable Kass Myers read the summary of offences.

"On November 5, 2017 police attended a Horsham address following a report of a dispute. Police spoke to the accused who was at the address with her defacto partner at the time," Leading Senior Constable Myers said.

"Police observed a medium sized bag containing loose green matter and asked the accused who it belonged to. The accused replied, 'must have been left there by friends'.

"The bag was confiscated by police and its content was tested. Results came back to say it was 6.6 grams of cannabis."

Taylor was arrested at home on January 23, 2018 and taken to Horsham Police Station.

"The accused made full admissions to possessing the cannabis and admitted it belonged to her," Leading Senior Constable Myers said.

Police conducted a search warrant at the accused's Horsham address on April 18, 2018 and found green vegetable matter in a bowl in the living room. They also found a white crystal substance inside a pepper shaker on a coffee table.

"It was determined that the vegetable matter was cannabis and the white substance was methamphetamine," Leading Senior Constable Myers said.

Taylor was arrested and made no admission to police. She was released on bail.

All drugs and drug-related items were seized by police to be destroyed.

The court heard that Taylor claimed she used cannabis to relax and said the methamphetamine was left from when other people used to live at her house.

It also heard that she was unemployed and was previously on child support, however her child was now in the care of the department.

"If you continue to be in possession of drugs, the department will not let you see your child," Magistrate Ronald Saines said.

Mr Saines said there were already a number of outstanding fines against Taylor.

Taylor was fined a total of $750, or $250 for each offence.
