A Victorian Supreme Court spokesperson confirmed the matter is listed to be heard on Monday, May 6 Tuesday, May 7.
Labor challenged the result of the Ripon electorate from last year's state election, with incumbent MP Louise Staley holding her seat by just 15 votes against Labor candidate Sarah De Santis.
Ms De Santis lodged a petition to appeal the outcome, with the case first appearing in court in early February.
At the directions hearing in February, Ms De Santis' lawyers argued to Justice Melinda Richards that the ALP candidate should have won the marginal seat and were calling for a full recount of all votes.
Ms Staley is currently sitting in parliament as the Victorian shadow treasurer.
