The Horsham Youth Festival will run from 4pm to 8pm and feature an array of musicians including a local talent showcase followed by Kessia Peterson and Melbourne's DJ Brynny.
The free festival has been designed and organised by young people living in Horsham, and is being presented by Horsham Rural City Council as a part of National Youth Week, an opportunity for young people to express their ideas and views and create social activities and events.
A council spokesman said the festival would celebrate the important contribution young people make to the Wimmera.
Activities at the festival will include a photo booth, temporary tattooist, obstacle course, mechanical bull, pop up beauty salon.
