Horsham's Darcy Tucker had a career-high 25 disposals in Fremantle's upset win against Greater Western Sydney on Saturday.

The former Horsham Saint continued a roaring start the season with a solid performance on the wing.

It's the second time in a month Tucker has broken his disposals record, after collecting 24 in the opening round of this season.

The Docker's surprise 24-point win ended the Giants' nine-game winning game streak in Canberra.

Jake Lloyd became the first Sydney Swans player to collect more than 30 disposals in each of the first five games of a season, during his side's loss against Richmond on Saturday night.

The former Horsham Demon racked up 37 disposals and had 28 kicks, playing in the back-line.

Lloyd was named in the Swans' best but struggled to inspire his team as they went down by 22-points against Richmond.

Seb Ross' super start to the season got even better at the weekend, with his St Kilda side going top of the ladder on Saturday after a comfortable win against Melbourne.

It was the first time the Saints sat top of the ladder since 2010.

Ross, also a former Horsham Demon, was a busy runner for the Saints and racked up 27 disposals.

The Saints' victory continued a disappointing start to the season for Melbourne and Edenhope's Tom McDonald.

McDonald struggled to get in the game, with only four marks, in the 40-point loss.

Former Horsham Saint Jarrod Berry was named in the Brisbane Lions' best and kicked a goal in the 62-point loss against Collingwood on Thursday night.
