Coach Pauline Butler has united the league's finest and is confident about her side's chances on Saturday.
"We're pretty positive, I suppose. We're looking forward to the challenge," she said. "What will be will be at the end of the day, but we've got a lot of strength across the court and a lot of options available to us throughout the game."
The side head into the contest with their stars firing on the court. Horsham's Emma Buwalda enters the game off the back of a 62-goal performance in the Wimmera league.
"A lot of it depends on the pace of the game as to what structures we go in with and what changes we need to make," Butler said.
"But, the girls are loving the opportunity and being able to get out on the court with other girls is always pretty exciting."
"It'll be a bit of a challenge playing with new people, but, in saying that there's been improvement each week and they are getting to know each other a lot better."
The Wimmera league will also be represented by their 17-and under, 15-and-under and 13-and-under sides at Shepparton.
