Shane Caldo, 18, appeared in Horsham Magistrates' Court on Monday, charged with two counts of sexual assault, false imprisonment, and committing indictable offences while on bail.
The court heard Caldo assaulted the woman, in her 40s, while at a Horsham address.
The prosecution argued that Caldo was an unacceptable risk of endangering the community and re-offending.
Police informant Senior Constable Sarah Liuzzi told the court Caldo was at a Horsham address on May 13 at 5pm with the victim and another person.
She said Caldo was allegedly alcohol affected and told the victim he was "horny".
She alleged Caldo put his hand inside the woman's bra and squeezed her breast.
"The victim yelled at him to stop and when he didn't, she pulled him off her," she said.
Senior Constable Liuzzi said Caldo then allegedly tried to kiss the victim as she tried to leave.
Caldo allegedly pinned her against a wall and pulled her pants down.
He then allegedly exposed himself to the woman.
Senior Constable Liuzzi said Caldo then shoved the victim onto a couch, jumped on top of her and allegedly touched her inappropriately.
Caldo later allegedly told the victim not to tell anyone about the incident or he would blow up her house.
The court heard that the victim had since struggled to sleep because she was frightened.
Caldo was on bail at the time of the offences for making threats to kill, wilful damage and assaulting a police officer.
The court heard that Caldo was drunk at a Horsham address on December 21 when there were children playing outside nearby. He allegedly yelled at the children that he would murder them.
Caldo then passed out and a family member called paramedics in fear that he had overdosed on ice.
When Caldo woke up, he became angry and climbed onto the roof of the property, allegedly damaging the ceiling.
He allegedly threw a roof tile at an ambulance officer and later allegedly kicked a police officer in the shoulder.
Magistrate Simon Zebrowski said Caldo was a young person with limited prior convictions.
"However, given that the accused committed serious matters while on bail for other serious matters, it find it an unacceptable risk that he will further offend," he said.
