The festival will celebrate its 24th year, running from May 31 to June 9.
It will showcase an array of performances, exhibitions, panel discussions and markets. The theme for the festival this year is 'Moulding our future'.
The festival will be launched at the Redrocks Books and Gallery at 5.30pm on Friday, followed by a live music session by Jeff Woodward at the Bull and Mouth Hotel at 7.30pm.
Festival special project co-ordinator Elaine Uebergang said the festival was very well supported by community volunteers.
"This year we have something for every age group and every ability. It's a very inclusive and diverse program," she said.
General festival manager Sarah Natali said the Art Play Sunday and Winter Warmer events were some of the highlights of the program.
"The Trees Tell Tall Tales is my little project. You go to a tree on the river, scan a code on the side like a QR code. It will lead you to a website to play an audio file where the tree starts reading a story to you," she said.
Ms Natali said Member of Lowan Emma Kealy would be reading one of the stories.
Trees Tell Tall Tales will be held on June 5 at Kalkee Road Children's and Community Hub
Ms Natali said the festival was all about community participation.
"The festival is going to be all about growing and improving yourself this year. It is about taking the opportunity to do something and learn something new," she said.
Artist Nichola Clarke will have her work displayed at the festival around Horsham.
She said most of her work was based on the idea of upcycling.
Her artwork is created with daily household materials such as ironing boards, garbage bin lids and silverware.
"I hope to inspire everyone's imagination and make them look at everyday objects as something beautiful," she said.
Another artist, Matthew McLoughlin said he drew his inspiration from carnivorous plants which would be reflected in his artwork for the festival.
Ms Natali said more information was available on the festival's website.
