An A-grade netball player herself, she does more than just coaching. She assists with umpire rosters, score rosters and the canteen when she's not busy running behind the players.
Also a secondary school teacher in Nhill, Mrs Toet said it was her job that brought her to the Wimmera 20 years ago.
She first became involved with country netball in 1999 when she joined the Horsham Demons. She said country clubs were very different to the clubs in Melbourne.
"To come from (Horsham) to Dimboola was quite different. The sense of community was very different, in a positive way but also number wise, volunteer wise we struggled. We are still struggling but it is improving," she said.
She said her role was often challenging but she enjoyed every part if it.
"It can be difficult and frustrating, but to see the benefits and the rewards at the end is worth it. Our juniors are becoming quite a force," she said.
"To see them get rewarded with what they are learning in netball, and the life skills they are learning, that personally keeps me going."
Mrs Toet coaches her 14-year-old daughter Madelyn. Her 11- year-old daughter Jessica is also a development player in the team.
"Our 5-year old Marnie is always running in the court," she said.
Mrs Toet said in recent times, conversations about the existence of small clubs had been a matter of concern. She said it affected the club in some ways, but was also a driving force to keep the club going.
She said she was passionate about making sure the club was around for her three girls.
"Netball has brought me so much in my life growing up in Melbourne, and even more in the social side of it when I moved to the country," she said.
"It has been a big thing to make sure that my kids and the other kids in the small community have sports, in this case netball in their lives."
