Molly is an enthusiastic young player who plays at a standard well above her years. Her respect for players, umpires and coaches is a real credit to her.
Molly was named as an A grade development player this season and the club has already seen her take that leadership and experience back to her under 17 team.
She is always directing play and encouraging others on and off the court. The Horsham Demons Football Netball Club congratulates Molly on her achievements and believe any coach would be lucky to have a player like her on their team.
The round 6 winner of the Wimmera Spirit of Football Award was Horsham Demons under 17 footballer Dyson Parish.
Dyson, now a top-age under 17 player, came to Horsham Demons as a top-age under 14, so had a bit later start than most to his football career. But since joining, Dyson has shown a huge hunger to develop his football. At training and on game day, he sets a very high standard, not only for himself but also his teammates which shows real maturity.
He plays a strong, disciplined brand of football and always shows great respect to the opposition, teammates, umpires and coaches.
