Ararat's Ella Wood and Horsham's Nekaela Butler were adjudged to be the Rebels' second and third best and fairest, respectively.
Horsham Saints' product Maggie Caris was honoured as the NAB League MVP, as decided by the Rebels' coaching staff.
GWV Rebels female coordinator Krista Woodroofe said the awards were a good way to honour the up-and-coming footballers.
"It is a good way to finish the season and make sure that these girls have the opportunity to get up in front of everyone and be acknowledged," she said.
"It's really important to make sure at awards nights that it's just not about the best players, but also those that show those exemplary behaviours that we're trying to support to help them grow as individuals."
Caris earned the MVP award in recognition of her work both on and off the field, in her second year in the Rebels under-18 set-up.
"Our MVP for the team and the club is based around not only the on-ground performances but leadership over the season and what they do off the field as well," Woodroofe said.
"Maggie showed just about every positive from a leadership point of view both on and off the field."
Stawell's Crystal Summers was named the Futures squad's second best and fairest.
The Rebels under-18 side had a tough 2019, only winning two of its nine games, but Woodroofe said they gauged success on their player's development.
"The results on the scoreboard weren't there, but as far as the success of each individual off the field, we would say we've had one of the most successful seasons so far," she said.
"From the Wimmera there a lot of girls who are not just showing immense talent while playing on the field, but also with their leadership.
"For such young players it's exciting to see how good they are individually and in a team environment."
