POWER has been restored to all affected residents.
Update 10am:
POWER has been restored to almost all the affected residents, with only 84 without power.
Previously:
ALMOST 700 Horsham residents are without power on Tuesday morning after a vehicle impact.
Powercor estimates that power will be restored by 9.30am.
Traffic lights aren't working throughout the Horsham township.
Horsham Police Acting Sergeant Suzi Armati said the outage was caused by a car hitting a power pole on the corner of McPherson and Baillie Streets in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
"The car was dark in colour and the driver drove off. Police are investigating the matter," she said.
Acting Sergeant Armati said people could contact Horsham Police Station on 5382 9200 if they had information.
More to come.
