An elderly man has died after he fell from a mobility scooter in Horsham on June 15.
In a statement, Victoria Police said the man was riding his scooter on Baillie Street when he fell and hit his head on the ground about 10.45 am.
"He was taken to hospital where he remained until 25 June," police said.
"The 99-year-old Horsham man died yesterday."
It takes the Wimmera's road toll for 2019 to three lives lost, and 162 lives lost statewide.
Sergeant Cameron Scott said people who died within 28 days of an incident on the state's roads were included on the road toll.
"The coroner is still investigating cause of death," he said.
